I honestly prefer BRST to any form of tobacco or nicotine replacement. If you haven’t tried them, you should!

I’ve tried gum, patches, etc. but sublingual tablets are a game changer! It simply dissolves under my tongue, and I’m good to go. No burned lips or gums, no hacking and coughing from smoke. Just simple nicotine relief.
